Quit Negativity.

Remaining positive a choice you make. You start by smiling. All our decisions are influenced by the state of our mind. If you are positive, your thoughts get a positive bearing. A positive approach helps you see opportunity within challenges; it helps you take good decisions.

When we find ourselves in a difficult situation which pulls us down, the only way we can come back on top is by quitting negativity and building a habit of positivity. Find reasons to smile and look positive. It’s cheap and makes you look better, too.

Let’s read how we can see the good that life has to offer by taking the ‘Always Be Positive’ pledge:

Think Good: Always think of how you can make things better. Always think good! Steer away for negative thoughts and seek the positive, as much as you can.

Watch your Food: Eat healthy, eat light and try to include a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily food intake. A balanced diet does wonders to your mental well-being and clarity. Drink lots of water; do not indulge in aerated drinks with artificial flavours and preservatives. These actually do not quench thirst and can make you dehydrated, ultimately feeling drained.

Cultivate an Interest or a Hobby: Getting a hobby and spending the remaining time of the day cultivating it, or for plain leisurely purposes, might be a very good way of keeping yourself involved with what you are happy doing!

Make your Mirror Image Stand Straight and Confident: Posture also plays a role. Look at yourself in a full-length mirror and get rid of that slouch, straighten your back, stretch your shoulders back and push your chin up. Look positive and be positive!

Quit Negative Thoughts! Cultivate the Habit to Smile and Stay Positive!
