Pau Abello Pellicer, Managing Director, Roca Bathrooms Products Pvt. Ltd, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies and an MBA from Escuela Superior de Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ESADE) in Barcelona. He is widely credited in India for making a dynamic organisation with new product portfolios, innovative marketing approach and broader B2B channels for all the Roca Group brands in India, mainly Parryware.

Pau has been associated with Roca Group for the last 17 years. Out of these, he spent 12 years in the corporate financial department of the company and about 3.5 years as Corporate IT Director.

Pau has played an eminent role and has undertaken several significant initiatives and diverse strategic changes across businesses, making Roca a dynamic organisation. Under his leadership, the company has undertaken several significant initiatives like centralising of warehouses, instituting fresh commercial policies, reinforcing quality standards in existing departments and more.
