Alok Kamat graduated with dual Honors Degree in Computer Science and Management from The University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. After graduation, he pursued his masters from S.P. Jain Institute of Management - Mumbai, in Family Managed Business (FMB)

Alok started his career in 2001 working with Oriflame in Belgium and in 2004 he joined his Family Business Company - Aero Pharma Pvt. Ltd. At Aero Pharma Group Alok takes care of New Business Development and Group Expansion.

Given a solid base of manufacturing in place, in 2009 Alok Kamat decided to start a new vertical in their portfolio. Alkam Licence Products Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2009 with a clear idea of starting a Licensing & Distribution company catering to India and its sub continents. Alkam is proud to have Mattel Toys as its first licensor in 2009. Alkam is associated with powerful brands like Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher Price, Chhota Bheem & Disney.
