With over 15 years of experience in offline (EBO/LFS/MBO)& online sales, retail operations, business development& expansion, sales planning & budgeting, marketing, manpower management, training, CRM & clienteling, Pallav Atreja is currently heading the retail business of Montblanc where he’s responsible for growth & expansion of the brand in India.His focus remains on driving strategic initiatives to deliver profitable growth &excellent customer experience.
Prior to joining Montblanc, Pallav was associated with MAS Brands (amante’) as Head of EBO & Ecommerce, where he was responsible for creating brand’s retail identity & carve out brand’s EBO strategy for India. He has also held various functional & leadership roles with premium apparel brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's, Calvin Klein and French Connection.
Pallav is an alumnus of Indian School of Business (GMP’22), National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi (MFM’08)&The Technological Institute of Textile & Sciences (B.Tech’04).
