Over the last 18 years has been spearheading the Retail initiative at TTK Prestige Limited.Under his stewardship the company has 650 stores spread across 375 towns.Today ‘ Prestige Xclusive ‘ is India’s largest stand alone kitchenware store with a turnover of Rs 350 crores for the year 2020-21.Under his stewardship the company has built up a set of entrepreneurs with diverse backgrounds and varying financial capability but united by the zeal to succeed .The retail initiative has been a catalyst for the companys growth and has paved the way for many tie ups with leading kitchenware brands across the globe .

He now has the added responsibility of devising and implementing a strategy for the company’s E commerce business .This is a combination of self fulfilled E commerce and sales through aligned sellers . The E commerce business accounts for 20% of the company sales and is the fastest growing channel for the company

He has been working on developing Alternate channels to cater to rural / urban poor customers who would never have bought a brand in the first place – Micro Finance companies and their marketing arms .In a short span of 3 years this initiative contributes more than 100 crores in turnover .
