With 14 years of Strategy and Business Operations experience, Gaurav is also a gold medalist from IIM Kozhikode and an IIT Bombay alumnus. He believes that strategy is the binder for any organisation and execution is its driving force. He is also spearheading Furlenco's Strategy and is the voice of the customer within the company. Gaurav has worked at Accenture Business Consulting and in Chief of Staff roles at HP in the past.

When he is not spinning out strategic plans, he is most likely listening to RD Burman, whom he calls his passion. So much so that he has co-authored two coffee-table books on RD and was involved in the making of the National award-winning film 'Pancham Unmixed' which streamed on Netflix.
