His experience is broad and ranges across various industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Water Treatment, Plastics& Packaging,Logistics and Transportation, Consumer Packaged Goods and more.

With over 15 years of experience in the IT / BPO Sector, He has seen the industry evolve and having worked closely with Start-ups, SME’s as well as Enterprise Clients, he understands operational challenges and the need for digitization and is extremely passionate about new age technologies and how they can transform Organizations and make them more productive and profitable.

In his role at Valenta, he manages corporate planning, Strategic alliances, Tactical market planning, Key partnership development and Organizational restructuring. Chetan also oversees the overall service delivery operations Globally to ensure clients are receiving the highest level of customer serviceand also works closely with Franchise Partners to help them achieve their Goals and Objectives.
