Mr. C D Mishra has worked in Hindustan Petroleum for 23 years. He also held the coveted position of India President of Trade Union of HP.

He resigned from HP in 2003 and started 10 UCMAS Centres all across Mumbai. UCMAS is an International organisation based in Malaysia which helps children to improve their mental faculties and works on developing their right brain using abacus. His dedication, hard work and commitment towards UCMAS got him great laurels. He had more than 2000 students and a team of more than 50 course instructors working with him.

In 2010, he was selected to head the Maharashtra operations and he signed the Master Franchisee of UCMAS- Maharashtra (Mumbai Region). Going from strength to strength today he has more than 21000 students in Maharashtra, 270 centres and more than 1000 course instructors. Under his guidance many of the students have topped 10th and 12th board exams, got admission in best colleges like ICT, VJTI, IIT, IIMs, some of hi students have also topped CA and CS exams at national level.

He is also a great motivational speaker and has been invited all over India to speak on employee motivation, marketing, soft skills development and franchising business.

In the year 2017, he signed the India Master Franchisee of UC Kindies, an International Preschool and Nursery. Within 18 months, he expanded this school in six states of India, namely, UP, MP, Karnataka, Orissa, Telangana, Kolkatta.

He strongly believes that if we invest in our children today it will definitely result in better India. In fact, he agrees with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam’s words that India can become Super Power only if we make our children capable and equip them with right skill sets.
