Vikrant Batra, a stalwart in the Indian Food and Beverage Industry is the mind and force behind the ingenious concepts of his stand-alone ventures. He has not only lived different cultures, but has also imbibed them to the full. After graduating from Hindu College, Delhi University, Vikrant completed a Restaurant Management course from the University of California and later acquired an MBA degree from Fore School of Management. He started his journey with his family business, Batra Banquets and later ventured into the food and beverage industry by opening Delhi Heights Restaurant in RajouriGarden in 2009.

In 2011, Vikrant launched Café Delhi Heights with a vision to change the way people perceived Cafés in India and went on to open fourteen outlets across Delhi NCR. Another venture by him is Nueva, which is a stand-alone luxurious bar and a fine dining restaurant.

Vikrant won the "Restaurateur of The Year - North Region" at Indian Restaurant Awards2017, “FHRAI Restaurant Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2018’’ and the “The Times Food & Nightlife awards - Best Restaurant in Western Cuisine 2018” for Nueva.

After having expanded Café Delhi Heights to Mumbai, his mission is to open 50 outletsPan India by 2020.
