Sanjay Couthino is a hospitality graduate from Sophia’s, Mumbai and MBA in Marketing and Sales from NMIMS with 25 years of experience in a variety of Multinational Companies ranging from operational roles to Business Head responsible for P&L of critical SBU.

His key roles include Operations and Sales in Jet Airways, Dominos and Future Group - Pantaloons.

Prior to Co-founding Mint Hotels he was Chief Executive Officer of Barista Coffee and Baskin Robbins. Currently, he is leading Pan-India Operations, Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing functions for Mint Hotels and Resorts.
