Jonathan Kwon has extensive experiences in the hospitality and franchise industry. He started his career in the hospitality industry in UK and studied in UK at the same time. Before He went to UK, He has been educated in Korea and worked in education & service fields.

His experience in the franchise industry are mainly in F&B fields including bakery café, tea café, burgers, kebabs, and etc. He also taught hospitality management in Sookmyung University and franchise management in several franchise management courses.

Currently, He is managing milk tea & bun franchise brand "T BUN" He started this brand March 2018 and opened 11 shops in Korea and one shop in Australia. T BUN is opening the 1st shop in Manila, Philippines on 17소of October and will open the shops in 2-3 more countries this year and in more than 15 countries by the end of year 2019. He is currently holding the position of business developments director for World Franchise Associates and business developments manager for Kiribilli Private Investments.
