Rajat has developed & supported the implementation of Route To Market (RTM) & Distribution Strategy for Kraft Nigeria, Dansa Foods Nigeria and Heineken in Indonesia, has managed Revlon's EMEA business through affiliates and distributors across 30 countries in Europe, Middle East, CEE, Scandinavia and Israel, has worked with key retailers across Europe, Middle East & Israel, has trained the Dabur, Marico & Britannia MT teams on Modern Trade Key Account management and Negotiation skills and has set up top line sales and distribution organisation in India to launch Faces Cosmetics through the Dept Store and Modern Retail formats.
