Sanjay is responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield India’s business, along with spearheading the growth strategy for other South Asian markets, including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Pakistan. He is also responsible for assessing expansion opportunities thereby enabling integration of services and provide to clients a larger scope of delivery.

Sanjay Dutt, with over 20 years of experience as a real estate professional, is a well respected business leader in the Indian market .He has played an active role with various stake holders of the industry including government, occupiers, developers, investors and industry bodies enabling strategies, improving focus, performance and profit through a meticulous process of well informed decision making. He has been a part of some landmark real estate deals over the years which have gone on to define industry standards.
