Mr. Adams is a versatile management professional with a broad range and depth of experience in managing and developing brands and people throughout the Asia Pacific region. He has CEO/BoD and hands-on Asia business experience with a strong people and bottom-line focus. He has a forte for establishing and expanding multi-outlet distribution channels across Australia, India, South East Asia and China with a record for delivering ground breaking results within highly competitive industries.
A veteran of the Asia Pacific franchise scene, Mr. Adams has extensive franchise know-how across multiple industries, including go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, legal, business systems, start-ups, acquisitions, international master licensing and relationship management with a proven ability of influence both short- and long-term company outcomes.
Mr. Adams was responsible for the market entry and exponential growth of Vodafone Australia’s national retail chain and managed Chubb Security’s Health Division, including a national staffing agency, WA mine-site OH&S accreditation, medical supply and emergency response businesses. He built and managed the #1 US/UK facing international healthcare staffing brand across Asia Pacific for AMN Healthcare, USA’s largest healthcare staffing firm, and was CEO/Pres Asia Pacific for Cartridge World, an Australian international franchise success story with 1800 outlets across 60 countries.
He currently utilises these skills with Franchise Asia Pacific, assisting companies in establishing and expanding business and distribution channels nationally and into Asia.
National pride, or the spirit that binds us together as a
collective soul, does not have a permanent home in our
