Om Manchanda is the CEO of Dr Lal Path Labs (LPL). An MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad, he made his debut with Hindustan Unilever in 1990. He won Unilever's Global Innovation Award in the year 1998 for leading a concept to launch an innovative tea-based beverage in India.

From Hindustan Unilever, Mr. Manchanda moved to the all-American company Monsanto India as the head of Marketing. Later he joined Ranbaxy Consumer Healthcare in 2003 as Head of Marketing. Later he led the international and innovation group of the company’s Consumer Healthcare Division. He moved on from Ranbaxy after two-and-a-half years to Dr Lal PathLabs Pvt. Ltd. (LPL)
