Food Kraft began its journey on 1st december 2004 by Mr Anand Heena Thakkar, armed with a hotel management degree from the Asia Pacific Institute of Management & University of Netherlands. Having trained from the ITC group and working with a leading chain of hotels (Holiday Inn, ITC Group, Le Meridian, Sarovar Park Plaza), Mr Thakkar gained immense experience in the food & hospitality industry. Being a serial foodpreneur, Mr Thakkar has started several successful restaurants before coming up with the idea of building a brand with London Yard Pizza and taking it across the globe.
