Virendra Singh Ranawat, an engineer-turned-entrepreneur, is the co-founder of WoodenStreet (one of the India’s first online custom furniture brands), aiming to bring happiness to homes in the form of customized and affordable furniture. He has previously worked with many reputed companies like Metso Minerals and TATA. But his zeal to become an entrepreneur insisted him to co-found WoodenStreet. His love for innovation and technology further boosted his ambition to reshape the furniture industry. An alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, he has done executive MDP from the institute. He holds a Masters degree in Marketing & International Business from IIMM, Pune, and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kota Engineering College.
