Rehan Huck is an inspiring stalwart of entrepreneurship in the realm of Real Estate and its diversified service delivery portfolios. His journey from a small town Gomia, to ruling commercial service domains of real estate developments across urban India exemplifies his fortitude, hard work, perseverance, and commitment to excel. He is an IIM Ahmedabad Alumni, a commerce graduate from Symbiosis College, Pune and has completed schooling from Bishop Cotton Boys’ School, Bangalore. His inquisitive nature to understand, grow and effortlessly learn professional skills, made him a compelling leader in every spectrum of service in the Real Estate world. After 16 years of corporate prowess in DLF, JLL, Hindustan Unilever, he has rightfully manifested his entrepreneurial venture as the Co-Founder & COO of ILC Development Management firm (ILC) called PROPEL which is advising greenfield retail projects and providing end to end solutions to developers. Propel Real Estate Consulting firm delivers imperative strategies and supervision of plans, designs, construction & management of organized retail development projects.

Prior to embarking on his own venture, Rehan had significantly contributed to the landscape of DLF projects through his matchless strategies, mentorship, and ability to lead. As part of the core group, he spearheaded the ‘DLF Mall of India’ project, which is one of the best malls in the country. In fact, Rehan has been an important pillar as Head of Leasing for Mall of India. His expertise garnered attention amongst his peers and soon he grew by leaps and bounds in diverse verticals. Undoubtedly, it marked the inception of his entrepreneurial journey with an opportunity to serve a diversified client base.

In 2019, Rehan moved out of DLF and undertook a new avatar as he marked the inception of PROPEL. Ensuring quality of work, proactive relationship with clients, a result-oriented approach backed by seamless, accurate planning has been the cornerstone of success for the firm. He is a visionary, blessed with leadership skills that have significantly helped in conceptualizing seasoned protocols to operate the retail machinery efficiently and foster symbiotic commercial alliances with over a network of approx.600 brands. Backed by an experience of leasing strategy, execution, and negotiation, Rehan offered ideal solutions to conceptualize, execute and operate successful malls. He offers solutions to ensure retail projects remain relevant throughout their lifespan.

The desire to contribute his skills and gratify his restless spirit, he also co-founded Arklan. Interestingly during the global pandemic resulting in a lockdown, five like-minded friends struck an idea to start Arklan and channelize their respective energies to synergize and focus towards turning around the fate of malls. Within a short span of few months, Arklan has secured mandates of ten projects across North India. Unequivocally, Arklan’s future prospects are promising and within a short span, the team intends to achieve their set milestone and surpass their own expectations.

Under Rehan’s leadership, the team is incessantly working, and in due course, one can expect significant announcements with a larger canvas to operate encompassing marketing, operations, consultancy, tenant representation, business strategy, leasing, etc.

Amidst his hectic schedule, Rehan takes out time for his favourite sports as he is a sports fanatic. He spends time cycling and playing golf over weekends. At other times, he loves to drive, enjoys singing and strumming the guitar as he is extremely passionate about music and intends to always pursue it as a hobby.

Rehan has been bestowed with many accolades and is frequently invited as a moderator/ speaker in thought leadership and knowledge forums. He has been featured in the “Top Retail Minds of the Country” in 2020 and “Most Influential Retail Professionals of the Country” in 2019. He was also awarded the “Leasing Professional of the Year 2019”. In addition, Mr Huck has been recently honoured at the Indian Achievers’ Awards by the Indian Achievers’ Forum (IAF) for his outstanding professional achievement and contribution in nation-building.
