Niladri Mukherjee is a Product Design Entrepreneur from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, and is the Foundner and MD of Glue Design Pvt Ltd. which is one of the leading Design and Innovation companies in the country today.

Over the last three decades Niladri has worked with over 200 plus companies in India and abroad, bringing together a large body of work that spans Retail Strategy and Design, Product & Exhibition design.

He is passionate about bringing Design thinking to create out-of -the box solutions addressing the specific needs of emerging economy, specially Retail and has several patents to his credit

Many Brands across FMCG, Consumer Electronics & Durables, Garments, Mobile and telecom, to name a few, have benefited from his extensive experience in building shopping and customer experiences that have exciting and lasting recall.

He is also on the Board of advisors of several Design institutes like Pearl Academy, World University of Design and has also headed the Delhi chapter of the (ADI) Association of Designers of India
