Mayank Jain, the founder & CEO of a young technology driven start-up began his journey of Entrepreneurship after working for more than 8 years in automobile R&Ds. Mayank is a passionate innovator turned Entrepreneur with having filed 6 Patents, one design application and few research papers.

He strongly believes in Kaizen (a Japanese term which means change for better & continuous improvement) and is actively involved in the product design and development functions at E-Fill.

Before starting the venture, he was working with Yamaha India R&D in the Engine Designing department. Foreseeing the future of ICE Engines in the automobile sector and the environmental concerns, Mayank started the journey of E-Fill Electric in June 2019 with a vision to develop a smart and reliable network of EV charging stations.

Fast forward two years, E-Fill is now a team of more than 38 members and has developed the technology of Slow (AC) & Fast (DC) chargers. E-Fill now has more than 65 Charging stations up and running in North India and has recently entered into the electric 3Wheelers segment also.
