Deepak Chhabra is the Managing Director of Tupperware India. With over two decades of diverse and insightful experience in the field of Retail, Brand management, Sales and Merchandising, Deepak is spearheading Tupperware’s business transformation in India.Tupperware is a legendary global homeware brand with direct selling as its primary channel. In 2019, under the able leadership of Mr. Chhabra, the brand adopted a harmonized multi-channel strategy and introduced Retail, e-tail and webstore. This multi-channel sales strategy continue to exist in coherence with direct selling channel of sales in India.

In a very short span of time despite COVID at its peak, Tupperware has launched close to 100 exclusive brand stores across the length and breadth of the country and reached 1000+ cities and towns with the newly adopted multi-channel approach. Deepakis a strong advocate of brick &mortar stores and believes that the retail model will always remain powerful and relevant, inspite of theproliferation of e-commerce business.

A Footwear Technologist and Marketer by qualification, he started his career in 1996 with Phoenix International Limited and since then has held various leadership roles with brands such as Crocs, Reliance Retail, Skechers and Sprandi before joining Tupperware last year. He became one of the youngest CEO in India at the age of 33. (Skechers in 2005)

He is a highly self-motivated and driven leader who believes in going beyond his comfort zone and taking risks. More often than not, such risks have enriched throughout his professional journey and he firmly believes that one should accept their failure as much as they celebrate their success.An adventurer at heart, Deepak values risks & failures as much as he celebrates success.
