Dipanjan Purkayastha has 20 years’ experience working in the Fintech space across US, Canada & India. He has focused equal parts of his career growing businesses, as well as structuring large deals for:
- Financial services majors like Citi, BNY Mellon and Manulife
- Fintech product companies like Thomson, SS&C, Fiserv and Omgeo, as well as
- Global IT players like Patni and iGate

His previous corporate role was Vice President at Tech Mahindra.

He relocated from the US in 2014 to invest in the Indian startups space. He is active in the ecosystem:
- Co-founded certified refurbished electronics brand hyperXchange (www.hyperxchange.com)
- Co-founded multi-mode transport app Tygr (www.tygrapp.com)
- Founded startup accelerator Drishtycone (www.drishtycone.com). Currently scaling a handful of high-impact startups across media, healthcare, drone automation, animation & entertainment
