Also a proctor and certified instructor for American Hotel Learning and Educational Institute.

Past stints with Taj Group of Hotels, Sterling Resorts, IHG, Mafoi and Chokhi Dhani Group. Have conducted training for more than 90,000 man-hours for leading corporates, hotel professionals and educational institutes in behavioural, Hotel Ops, Personality, Gap Area Management Been into Franchise management since 2002 with Mafoi, Chokhi Dhani and many Indian food and educational brands. Been into project development having commissioned 4 hotels, 3 resorts, 9 village theme village fairs, 32 cafes, 4 clubs, 3 industrial kitchen, 1 institutional kitchen, 2 food processing factories.
