Since the format is all about creativity and technicality, we ensure exhaustive training program for franchisees at our head office. We also impart on the job training at the franchised store. Besides that, offer round the year training program on new product/technology launch etc.

As a trend setter, we are very sensitive on customer satisfaction. In order to offer best services through our franchisee chain, we placed a customer feedback and grievance cell where a customer can write their experience with any Presto store in India. We also ensure that the corrective action is taken from the concerned store.

Apart from that, we have a strategic store auditing system in place by which we try to keep up the standard and the service level of the franchised stores.

We like to nurture a winning network of franchisees and suppliers and maximise long-term returns to franchisees while being mindful of our overall responsibilities. The company operates through two formats: exclusive stores and kiosks. A potential franchise requires an area of 36-400 sq. ft and capital of Rs 5 to 15 lakh. Preferred locations for opening brand’s stores are shopping malls, hi-street and inside large hyper mart.

We aim to be a highly effective, lean and fast-moving organisation and will continue to offer a portfolio of quality products and services that satisfies people's desires and needs. Besides, considering the present growth rate of the brand, we are upbeat about the accomplishing our target of operating 500 outlets across India and 10 outlets overseas by 2015.
