B.D.Nathani has a varied experience in sales, marketing and retailing for around 30 years. During his tenure so far he has been instrumental in most successful product and brand launches which include HALLS, Chiclets(WARNER-Hindustan), Garlic Pearls, Naturelle Herbal Shampoos/Soaps(Ranbaxy), Lotto Sports Shoes, Disney, Woodland, Hi-Tec, New Balance and Crocs. Nathani has worked with brands like Adidas, Liberty, Lotto Sports which he re-launched in 2011 as Director – Marketing and is currently the CEO for Disney Footwear.

His specialties are retail business, franchisee business, wholesale/distribution business, advertising, marketing and brand management specialising in launching of new brands.
