Over the past fifteen years, Chris has built a career in brand management & identity, brand communications, and brand licensing. He has worked for sectors including telecoms, motor insurance and breakdown before he joined Oxford Limited as Managing Director in 2007. Chris’ role encompasses the management and development of the University of Oxford retail and brand licensing programmes. At Oxford, he has built a global network of agents and licensees in key category areas as he holds a carefully planned approach to brand licensing that involves considerable strategic planning and proposition development. His strategies have already paid off, with licensees appointed in territories including China, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, and North America as well as in the United Kingdom and Europe.
