Mr. Deepak Kapoor is current the President of CREDAI Western UP and owner of a Real Estate Group, named Gulshan Homz. Deepak spearheads departments such as financial, sales, construction and marketing strategy of Gulshan Homz. He has over 25 years of rich experience in Real Estate sector and in addition to that is also an expert in sales and marketing.

As a Co-Founder of the Group, Mr. Kapoor, since its inception, has successfully helped in implementing progressive policies for delivering the number of projects with sheer quality along with timely possession, being GC Centrum, GC Grand, GC Emerald Heights, GC Shopick and GC Grand Street.

Mr. Deepak is a B.SC graduate from Delhi University and also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from, Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi. He is perfectionist by nature and is having a very expert knowledge of Real Estate Market. Leading by an example, he has been honored by various awards in real estate industry.
